A STRANGE PHENOMENON

Started by: mollie m (7161)

Whilst nipping to the shop about a half hour ago, I noticed a very odd thing in the sky.

It was like a big orange ball of fire, moving quite rapidly. I stopped the car to watch it and tried to figure out what the heck it was.

Anyway, I carried on to the shop still trying to work out what it was, and I could only think of one conclusion.

Do you know what it was, and did you see it?

Myself and Tommy 2 strokes will know what it is but, keep it to yourself Mollie or they will think you've been on the Stella,,,

Well, it definitely was NOT a UFO, but it was something that shouldn't be in the sky at night.

How would you know that Mollie ? They're very tricky these Aliens you know, They pretend to be things they are not just to confuse you, honest,,

Hmm, not a bad idea, but this thing was emitting fire. I don't think aliens would arrive with such grandeur in a fiery chariot, as told in the stories by Ezekiel in the Bible.

Thats true, their crafts are silent and mostly stealth so, Maybe its a hoax but, never discount the quality of the cunning surprises they can perform , They have been coming here for centuries and no one knew until recently and even then , people ignored it as preposterous, So keep thee guard up Mollie, they are bafty Castards them buggers,

Oh, I agree they've been coming here for centuries, I've never argued that.

No, this is much more earthly. I don't even know if my conclusion is the correct one, but it's the only logical one that makes any sense.

are you going to share your conclusion ?

Yes, of course, but it wasn't a Chinese lantern.

Okay, I know it sounds a bit off-base, but I think it was a hot air balloon, and the fire was what was powering the balloon itself.

I can't think of any other explanation, except that it's illegal to fly hot air balloons at night as it's against FAA Regulations. It was flying at approximately 1000 feet, but I'm not good at distances. Not sure if such a thing would be picked up on radar, but I hope it wasn't on the flight path of a helicopter, or low flying light plane.

That's all I can think of anyway. Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps they were burning off their dilithium crystals through their exhaust pipe!

Perhaps so Mollie, I think Tommy 2 stokes might have the answer, He's our galaxy representative for the ' beamed up and brain scanned' group we are members of,

I can't remember if I have mentioned this before in other topics and that is that during the recent United States House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security hearings on UAP (Unexplained Aerial Phenomena) it was suggested that UAP's are actually inter dimensional projections.

So if they are projections, are they 3D projections of light, because that would explain how they can seem to move at very high speed, and change direction, without making any sound or shockwave, and to give a demonstration of how these projections work or move, if you have a powerful torch in your hand and you shone it at some low cloud, and the beam of light illuminated on the cloud, the shape of the illumination on the cloud, is constructed by the lens in the torch, if you flicked the torch from side to side using your wrist, the shape of the light on the cloud, would travel across the surface of the cloud at many thousand of miles an hour, and you could change the direction of the projection, and the reason the beam of light and projection on to the cloud, can travel at such a high speed across the cloud, is because the photons which make up the beam of light, leave the torch relative to the light source, at a speed of 186,000 miles per second, the speed of light, and the beam of light on the cloud would not make a sound, and nor would it cause a shockwave, the beam of light from the torch, would display identical motion characteristics, to UAP's

The speed of light is a constant in the universe, but why is it 186,000 miles per second, why is not 185,000 miles per hour, or 187,000 miles per hour ?

I didn’t see it, Mollie, but you’ve got me intrigued.

This post today might be of interest (Instagram / Facebook)…

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Jo Anne:

I'm under no illusions as to what I saw, but thanks for the information you gave. It's an interesting subject.

Tommy:

What I saw was of no particular shape, but I definitely saw what can only be described as a flickering fire enclosed in something. Being so high, it wasn't obvious at first, but when I stopped the car to watch it, there was a discernible flicker, which eventually led me to believe it was helium powering a hot air balloon. The sky was clear and there was no wind at ground level but, the higher you go I would imagine the windier it gets, so it would be beyond the realms of possibility that the thing was moving as fast as it was, in a straight line. It only disappeared out my line of sight as it went behind roof tops.

I found your comments very interesting, but you ask, why is the speed of light 186,000 miles per second. Because it is and, if aliens have achieved this monumental leap in travel, it wouldn't be surprising if they'd landed here in distant times, and watched the human race develop and, perhaps even helped it on its way every couple of years. The Universe is vast and is expanding, so anything could happen, or has already happened.

Helium is an inert gas. It does not burn, therefore it cannot be used as fuel to power, or create lift, for hot air balloons.

Hot air balloons use propane gas burners.

Yes, Hugh, but there is something called a 'Hot Air Helium Balloon' but I don't think that is what Mollie saw, she probably saw a propane powered hot air balloon
